Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Bass Player Johnny Pisano has toured internationally in the music scene for over 30 years. Working with artists both in recording studios and on the road, Johnny has performed alongside Bruce Springsteen, Billie Joe Armstrong, Steven Van Zandt, Alice Cooper, Joan Jett, Mike Peters, Ryan Adams, Willie Nile, Jesse Malin, and Fred Armisen (“SNL”), among others, as well as on ”Late Night with Seth Meyers.”
Johnny recently released his debut album, “Johnny Pisano’s Punk Rock Pizzeria” and his various bass lines, songwriting, and vocal contributions can be heard on Ryan Adams’ “Rock N Roll” and “Love Is Hell Part 1, and Part 2,” Marky Ramone and the Intruders’ “The Answer to Your Problems,” The Alarm’s “Strength 2015,” Willie Nile’s “Hard Times in the UK,” “American Ride,” “World War Willie,” and “Positively Bob,” Jesse Malin’s “To Be Somebody” (Bellvue), “The Fine Art of Self Destruction,” “The Heat,” along with various singles, including “Broken Radio,” featuring Bruce Springsteen.
